We created PaperLink, an AI-powered research digest platform that helps researchers explore and summarize the latest arXiv papers faster. Despite a late start and some Wi‑Fi chaos, we pulled through using FastAPI, Next.js 14, ChromaDB, and Claude 3.5 (via Lava).
Huge thanks to my teammates — Rohan Khatri, Devin Chau, and Ethan Dy — and to Cal Hacks, Mitchell Jones and the team at Lava, Fish Audio, and Chroma for such an inspiring experience. Seeing all the other incredible projects made us even more excited to keep pushing what AI can do.
